People should in fact protest against BMC and the government for such poor decisions and management. BMC will ignore all these illegal constructions as long as they are well fed by the businessmen. The workplace & official interactions should be conducted with logic, reason , rules of hierarchy , structure, discipline ,reasonable restrictions as applicable to all in the official domain by responding & not reacting to a situation . . It is a very unprofessional conduct & in a bitter taste to bring unwarranted sexual harassment angle in the workplace interactions when one starts to loose in official negotiation to score /prove their point .Such impulsive , instinctual ,triggered behaviour with a motive to quickly win over others in the moment is not acceptable. 😮 It is unfortunate if the behaviour is displayed by someone who is highly empowered & well placed in a male dominated patriarchy society. It is widely known fact that one requires the support of mentors , sponsors & allies to reach such influential position.instead of being a role model to other women & being thankful for such support & opportunity,one follows the path of self sabotage. Such instances shows poorly upon the other women as a tribe in general , who navigate the daily challenges in the workplace with logic , reasoning , by following workplace rules with transparency & accountability & not with rashness& reaction . The real issues faced by nonmainstream ,unprivileged women of inadequate support system , networks , allyship lack of mentorship & sponsorship at workplace which adversely impacts the career advancement and progression , the participation in the decision making process , right to dissent by being authentic & vulnerable,seat at the table are more important & urgent .
